Paid by card through Stripe. No VAT charged. If we decline your listing before publishing it, we refund the listing fee in full; once published it's non-refundable. A listing fee doesn't guarantee a sale. When the 6 months are up you can renew for another 6 months for £25. The 4% success fee (minimum £99) applies only if it sells to a buyer we introduce.

We use your details to review and run your listing and to pass on offers; see our privacy notice.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form, choose Basic (£25) or Featured (£99) and pay the one-time listing fee by card.
  2. We review the listing (we may ask questions, refuse or remove listings).
  3. Once approved it appears under Brands for sale, without your contact details, until sold or for 6 months (renewable for £25). If we decline it before publishing, we refund the listing fee in full.
  4. Buyers make offers through us; we pass them on to you.
  5. A buyer can use Buy now or agree a deal with you; the sale completes through an Escrow.com transaction started from this site (we are the broker). Escrow.com emails you to agree to it. Once Escrow.com holds the buyer's payment, hand over the brand and assets, then mark the handover as shipped/transferred yourself in your Escrow.com account (we can't do this for you); that starts the buyer's inspection period.
  6. Escrow.com pays you the price minus our 4% success fee (minimum £99). The buyer pays the Escrow.com fee.

The success fee is on top of the one-time listing fee and only due if it sells to a buyer we introduce. If a buyer we introduced buys within 12 months outside the platform, the fee is still due and we invoice it. See the seller terms.
